Oh, I love this, Anj! The twelve commandments are such a gentle approach to making changes. I’ve heard so much about the book, but have never checked it out. I’ll do that right now.

What great inspiration. I had decided early on during December that my New Year resolution that I haven’t even said outloud yet, but to my self, is more of a promise to me that I just simply enjoy each day as best I can as if it’s my last. I love the 12 commandments listed.
